Our new AUTOMATIC ANNOUNCEMENT DEVICE (AAD) will automatically answer your incoming telephone calls, play a brief USER PROGRAMMABLE MESSAGE before ringing your telephones so that you can answer the call. AAD can also be configured to simply Hang Up the call after the Message has completed.
AUTOMATIC ANNOUNCEMENT DEVICE is ideal for applications which include:
Providing telephone line information services.
Advising incoming callers that their call may be recorded.
Advising callers of a new telephone number.
Providing after hours information.
Many other telephone line information services.
It can be used with ordinary SINGLE TELEPHONE LINES or even fitted to a single incoming line fitted to a PABX, COMMANDER or other MULTI LINE Telephone system.
AAD incorporates a High Quality MP3 based Digital Message System, which is specifically designed for telephone line use. It has no moving parts that can wear out, or which require maintenance.
It uses the latest postage stamp sized MMC flash cards to store its message. This means that you can prepare a NEW MP3 MESSAGE at any time on your PC and then simply copy it to the MMC flash card, using the supplied USB MMC/SD programmer. Alternatively, a new message can be prepared by one of our National Network of Message Production Companies and mailed direct to you. Replacing your message is a simple Plug and Play procedure.
