Our intelligent MULTIPLE MODEM SWITCH (MMS) system provides for incoming and outgoing operation of up to 8 separate Modem devices on a dedicated telephone line, or an existing Fax Line.

OPERATION

Our MULTIPLE MODEM SWITCH (MMS) device allows for 2 DEVICES to be connected to it   AND   up to 4 MULTIPLE MODEM SWITCHES in total can be used on a single telephone line.

This means that you can have up to EIGHT Modems or SEVEN Modems and ONE Fax Machine connected to the SAME TELEPHONE LINE.

Our unique ‘Parallel Connection Intelligence, allows for MMS devices to be connected to completely different telephone sockets, shared telephone sockets or any combination of telephone sockets.

All Modem devices can then make outgoing calls and they can also all receive incoming Modem calls.

All MMS units incorporate a Fax tone detection circuit, which means that Fax calls will be automatically connected to a Fax Machine is fitted.

‘Barge-In’ protection is provided to ensure that only ONE Telephone Device can have access to the telephone line at any one time.

Incoming Modem calls are automatically routed to the desired Modem by adding one or more DTMF digit(s) to the end of the telephone number (dial string).

Outgoing calls from any telephone device are automatically connected direct to the telephone line, providing the line is not already in use. If the line is already in use, they will be denied access until the line is free.
