Due to the Superior Performance, Features and Reliability resulting from over 28 Years of Continuous Product Development and Refinement, we offer :
 
A 30 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee for all our products (excluding freight charges).
 
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a product or products purchased DIRECT from NATCOMM, you can request FOR ANY REASON, including change of mind, a REFUND for the Full amount that you have paid for the PRODUCT. 
 
A Refund is NOT PROVIDED for the original FREIGHT CHARGE of the Product(s), which in most cases has been charged to you at less than our cost, due to our subsidized FIXED DELIVERY CHARGE policy. 
 
Return During the 30 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee period
 
Should you require a REFUND within the 30 Day Period from the original sale date, please call us on ph (07) 5596 5128 to initiate your refund application.
 
Products for REFUND must be returned, at the purchaser’s expense, in ORIGINAL CONDITION together with all supplied cables, connectors and any other accessories that were supplied with the Product(s) to :

Should the Product(s) be returned without any originally supplied accessory items, a small deduction for our actual ‘buy cost’ of the accessory items may be DEDUCTED from the REFUND.
 
All REFUNDS will be processed within 7 Days from receipt of any returned goods. 
 
  • Purchases made by Credit Card will have a refund applied to the same Credit Card. 
  • Purchases made by PayPal will have a refund applied to the originating PayPal account. 
  • Purchases made by Direct Bank Deposit will have a refund applied to the originating bank account.
 
NATCOMM also guarantees to meet any STATE or NATIONAL REFUND regulations applicable to the purchase of NATCOMM product or products purchased DIRECT from National Communications (Aust) Pty Ltd.
 
NATCOMM product or products purchased DIRECT from an INDEPENDENT RESELLER, should refer ALL REFUND requests direct to the INDEPENDENT RESELLER where the goods were originally purchased.
 
 
Return During the TWO YEAR WARRANTY period
 
Your NATCOMM device is guaranteed against defects from workmanship for a period of two years (24 months) from the date of purchase. In the event of failure, you should call your nearest NATCOMM office and speak to one of our Product Specialists about the nature of the problem.
 
In the unlikely event of that we diagnose a problem with your unit, you will be forwarded a Return Authorization Form where you can provide details of the problem and your contact number and return address. 
 
You should send with your carefully packed Product and the completed Return Authorization form, to our USA office at :

On receipt our Qualified staff will test your unit, repair it and return it to you at our cost.
 
Should we determine that the product cannot be economically repaired, we will forward a replacement unit to you at our cost.
