Warranty Policy


Due to the Superior Performance, Features and Reliability that are the result of over 25 Years of Continuous Product Development and Refinement, we offer a TWO YEAR WARRANTY for our customers in the USA, Canada, Mexico and all Export Sales.
NATCOMM products have a proven record of reliability and you can expect them to perform to the original specification for many years.
Our WARRANTY CONDITIONS are detailed at the bottom of this page. 
In the event of that you encounter a problem WITHIN THE TWO YEAR WARANTY period, it is essential that you call us and speak to a product specialist.

It is our experience that over 90% of reported problems are due to site specific conditions or are caused by other equipment used at the site.
Due to our 25 Years of Experience, our Product Specialists will be able to help you diagnose and rectify most problems quickly and easily.
In the unlikely event of that we diagnose a problem with your unit, you will be forwarded a Return Authorization Form where you can provide details of the problem and your contact number and return address. 
You should send with your carefully packed Product and the completed Return Authorization form, to our USA office at :

On receipt our Qualified staff will test your unit, repair it and return it to you at our cost by UPS Ground.
Should we determine that the product cannot be economically repaired, we will forward a replacement unit to you at our cost by UPS Ground. 


Your NATCOMM USA device is guaranteed against defects from workmanship for a period of two years (24 months) from the date of purchase. In the event of failure, you should call your nearest NATCOMM office and speak to one of our Product Specialists about the nature of the problem.
Our obligation is solely to repair or replace the product. The warrantor is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to such defects.
This Warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subject to alteration, modification, abuse, negligence, accident, water/flood damage or any act of god.
Damage caused to this device or attached equipment by lightning strikes or any over voltage surge is not covered under this warranty.
This Warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been used in any manner contrary to the instructions outlined in the User Guide supplied with all Products.
This Warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been damaged by the use of a Power Adaptor which has not been supplied with the Product.
NATCOMM USA products are provided in sealed cases. There are no user replaceable parts. Opening the Case of the Product will void this Warranty.
The user is responsible for freight costs to the repair point. NATCOMM USA will be responsible for freight costs in returning this unit back to the user.
